Aviso Legal
Who you are buying from.
Spanish law requires an online seller to publish a specific set of particulars in a form that is direct, free and permanently available. This is that page.
Who operates this website?
This site is operated by the company set out below. Occasio is a trading name used by that company for this store; it is not a separate legal entity.

Registry entry pending
The Tomo, Folio, Hoja and Inscripción values above are shown as pending. They are a mandatory disclosure under article 10 of Ley 34/2002 and must be taken from the Registro Mercantil de Alicante and entered here before this store trades. They are deliberately not invented: publishing an incorrect registry entry is itself a breach.
What is this site for?
It sells occasion headwear to consumers: wide-brim hats, fascinators, pillbox and cocktail shapes, headbands and combs, and birdcage veils, together with the boxes, fixings and colour-matching service that go with them. It is a retail store, not a marketplace, and no third party sells through it.
Prices are shown in USD only. There is no membership, no subscription, no stored balance and no loyalty scheme; every purchase is a single outright sale.
Is any part of this business a regulated profession?
No. Retail sale of headwear and accessories is not a regulated professional activity, so no professional college registration or authorisation applies.
The products sold here are ordinary apparel accessories. None of them is offered as personal protective equipment, and no claim of protection against solar or ultraviolet radiation is made anywhere on this site, in any language.
Can I ask for an official complaint form?
Yes. The company is established in the Comunitat Valenciana, and consumers may request the official complaint form (hoja de reclamaciones) of that autonomous community at any time. Write to support@oliverhats.live with the word reclamación in the subject line and we will send it, together with instructions for submitting it, at no cost.
The competent consumer authority is the Dirección General de Consumo de la Generalitat Valenciana. Nothing in these pages limits your right to go to it, or to the courts of your own place of residence.
Who owns the content of this site?
The text, photographs, diagrams and code on this site belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. They may be used for personal, non-commercial reference — for example to show a piece to someone before an occasion — but not reproduced commercially without written permission.
Nothing here uses a third party’s trade mark, event name, venue name, or the design of another maker. Where an industry convention is described, it is described as a convention and not as anyone’s rule.
Which law applies?
Spanish law, including Ley 34/2002 on information society services, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 on consumer protection as amended by Ley 4/2022, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 together with Ley Orgánica 3/2018 on data protection. Consumers keep every right conferred by the law of their own place of residence; no clause on this site takes that away.
The trading terms themselves are on Condiciones de Venta.
